Position: Pastry Cook
About: Four Seasons in Atlanta is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Cook to prepare sweet items, pastries, cakes, ice creams, sorbets, fruit compotes, chocolates, and showpieces according to guest and banquet event orders, ensuring quality standards and a safe work environment.
Requirements: High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education, or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years culinary or related work experience; advanced culinary knowledge; ability to operate and properly clean kitchen machinery in the pastry shop; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with essential multitasking skills; ability to stand/walk up to 8 hours per shift
