Position: Pastry Cook
About: Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join their team and contribute to the preparation of high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and other sweet items for various outlets, banquets, and special requests, ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with the culinary team to deliver creative and artistic food presentations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Culinary certification preferred; Minimum 2 years prior experience as a Pastry Cook; Demonstrated pastry skills and operational knowledge; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Proficiency in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and baked goods; Knowledge of inventory control and ordering; Skill in maintaining quality control standards; Familiarity with culinary facility maintenance; Understanding of food preparation methods and quality standards
