Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a 4 Diamond or 4 Star hotel or restaurant; solid knife handling skills; pastry and baked goods knowledge; ability to calculate figures and amounts; previous experience in pastry preparation; attention to detail in food presentation; commitment to maintaining sanitation and orderliness in the workspace; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a team of food and beverage professionals
