Position: Pastry Cook
About: The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa, located at 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Full-Time Food Preparation Associate to join their team. As a member of the culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking food according to recipes, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization in accordance with quality standards and food safety guidelines.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent; at least 1 year of related work experience in food preparation; ability to follow recipes and food preparation checklist; knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food safety practices; physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift objects up to 25 pounds; clear communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
