Position: Pastry Cook
About: We are looking for a Pastry Cook to join our team! The Pastry Cook’s primary responsibility is to work with the Chef in producing, measuring and mixing ingredients, and preparing and improving items.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience as a prep cook or pastry cook in a high-volume kitchen is required; Consistently follow and execute recipes, preparation methods, and portion control procedures in a fast, high-volume environment; Pastry Cook candidates must have above-average knife skills and must display station organization; Must be able to stay cool under pressure and be a team player; Must have a commitment to heart of house excellence; Must have a current Food Handler’s card; Must be able to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
