Position: Pastry Chef job
About: American Cruise Lines, Inc. is seeking a Pastry Chef to oversee creativity and prepare all desserts, bread, pastries, cookies, etc. required for the vessel each day. The ideal candidate will prepare and serve items in accordance with established procedures, recipes, portion size, and presentation standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down equipment in a restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Pastry Chef; strong knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; excellent attention to detail and creativity
