Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Demonstrated leadership skills in pastry preparation and culinary team management; Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, sanitation standards, and culinary procedures; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently; Commitment to upholding culinary standards and achieving culinary goals; Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
