Requirements: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory experience organizing and scheduling employees; At least two years of experience in the pastry industry, including large production and high-volume kitchens; Specialization in plated desserts and knowledge in high-end pastries, lamination, chocolate, sugar work, and doughs
