Requirements: Three to six months related experience or training; high standards for food quality and sanitation; timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items; support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift; practice and teach safe/sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment; maintain proper equipment temperature; perform station opening/closing and side work duties each shift
