Position: Pasta Chef

The company is renowned for its culinary delights in airline catering, international event catering, and restaurants, lounges & hotels, maintaining the highest standards of quality in both products and services while constantly innovating and exceeding expectations.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of cooking experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume kitchen; Strong understanding of pasta preparation techniques, including dough-making, cooking methods, and sauce pairing; A degree or certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or a related field is desirable; Proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment, such as pasta machines, mixers, and ovens; Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices; High standards for quality and presentation of dishes, with keen attention to detail in food preparation; Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff and management; Flexibility in availability for different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
