Position: Passenger Services Agent
About: Everts Air Alaska is currently seeking Passenger Services Agents to work in a fast-paced environment supporting flight operations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with reservations, baggage handling, flight boarding, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The role involves ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer needs and maintaining the lobby and coffee station.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License; Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to changes; Ability to work independently and efficiently
