Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fast-paced Family Entertainment environment preferred; excellent verbal and written communication skills; extremely organized and able to mentor young people; goal-oriented with strong team collaboration skills; ability to ensure excellent customer experience and resolve conflicts promptly; full availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
