Position: Party Coordinator
About: Urban Air Adventure Parks, the preeminent indoor adventure park and market leader in location-based entertainment, is seeking a Party Coordinator to be the ‘First Point of Contact’ for designing fun-filled experiences for birthday parties, corporate team building, and other group events. Urban Air aims to provide an excellent guest experience by combining food, drinks, and attractions tailored to each group’s needs and preferences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment; strong sales and customer service skills; goal-oriented and proactive in responding to leads; adept at conflict resolution and ensuring excellent customer experience; willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
