Requirements: The replenishment process will require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25lbs daily; cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams, and endcap maintenance; climbing ladders for restocking; ringing transactions on a register; utilizing the helium system for customer orders. Prior retail management experience; ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; commitment to customer satisfaction and building relationships through strong communication skills; adaptability and change management skills.
