Position: Party City Team Member / Retail Sales

Requirements: Physical Requirements: Lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs daily; Cleaning, store recovery, plan-o-grams, endcap maintenance; Climbing ladders for restocking; Ringing transactions on a register; Utilization of helium system for customer orders. Merchandising Requirements: Freight processing and stocking; Compliance with safety guidelines; Maintain presentation standards. Prior retail management experience preferred; Ability to lead a team in a dynamic environment; Strong customer service orientation; Adaptability to manage change daily; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
