Position: Party City Team Member / Retail Sales
About: The company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join their retail team. Responsibilities include executing sales and service strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a friendly shopping experience. The successful candidate will also manage workload to meet sales goals and support team members in delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: The replenishment process will require lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25lbs daily; cleaning, store recovery, setting plan-o-grams, endcap maintenance, climbing ladders, ringing transactions, utilizing the helium system, freight processing, stocking products, maintaining an organized stock room, complying with merchandise guidelines, and maintaining presentation standards.
