Position: Party and Event Coordinator
About: Michael’s Store in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and facilitate various events within the store, including kids’ birthday parties, to create a stress-free and engaging experience for guests. The role also involves providing friendly customer service and ensuring a fast checkout experience for all customers while maintaining store standards and operational tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; energetic and enthusiastic personality; experience working with children and children’s events; excellent people skills; good communication skills; organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills; retail and/or customer service experience required
