Position: Parts Inventory Manager – HVAC & Refrigeration

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in parts management, preferably including experience with a major HVAC and/or refrigeration parts distributor; seasoned HVAC/R professional with a strong knowledge of HVAC/R parts and suppliers; proven leadership skills; strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, components, and parts; excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; effective communication skills; proficiency in using computerized inventory and order tracking systems; strong MS Excel required; problem-solving mindset and ability to make informed decisions under pressure
