Position: Partnerships Manager
About: The Partnerships Manager plays a vital role in fostering connections between clients, volunteers, and the local community while supporting development initiatives. This position combines responsibilities for volunteer coordination, community engagement, and development support, ensuring the successful implementation of programs and fundraising efforts. Working closely with the Greater Toledo Newcomer Center (GTNC) and Jewish Family Services (JFS) teams, this position strengthens relationships with stakeholders, clients, and donors, contributing to the agency’s mission of uplifting the community.
Requirements: Bachelors degree and 1+ years of relevant experience, or Associate degree with 3+ years of work experience; Experience working with donor or volunteer databases (GivEffect preferred); Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new software systems; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; High attention to detail and cultural sensitivity when working with diverse populations
