About: Harmony is a dining establishment dedicated to providing exceptional service to residents and guests. The server plays a crucial role in serving meals courteously and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment after meal services.
Requirements: Must have a high school diploma or GED; must be in a clean designated uniform with good personal hygiene; ability to read and follow simple instructions; capable of performing simple, repetitive tasks; quick learner with effective communication skills; able to work under close supervision; physical ability to bend, reach, grasp, push, pull, stand, walk for sustained periods; lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects; organized and team-oriented; willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
