Position: Part-Time Venue Specialist
About: The City of Coral Gables is seeking a dedicated Part Time Venue Specialist to join their team at The Coral Gables Country Club. The role involves assisting in the coordination and execution of banquets and special events, requiring strong organizational skills and exceptional customer service.
Requirements: Associate of Arts (AA) degree or one (1) year hands-on experience; Previous experience in banquets, events, or hospitality preferred; Experience with setup, configuration, use, and breakdown of event amenities; Proficient in Microsoft Office, Tripleseat, Social Tables, Outlook Email, and Windows Tools & Utilities; Valid Florida Driver’s License
