Position: Part-Time Trash Collector – Personal Truck Preferred – Nights

Responsibilities include using a truck to transport trash bags collected from residents’ doorsteps to the onsite trash compactor, taking required photos using the company’s App, and working in close proximity to multiple apartment communities within a 10-15 minute drive.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer; Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance; Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors; Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs; Able to walk the distance of the property and climb staircases multiple times; Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan; No prior experience necessary as hands-on training is provided.
