Position: Part-Time Student Services Assistant
About: This role is for the Individualized Major Program (IMP) at Indiana University in Bloomington. The program offers students the freedom to create multidisciplinary majors or minors exploring topics of their choice.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 2 years in an office environment, higher education, or related field required; Proficient written and verbal communication skills; Maintains a high degree of professionalism; Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills; Demonstrates a high commitment to quality; Possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Highly thorough and dependable; Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information; Demonstrated customer service skills; Commitment to working with people of diverse backgrounds and demonstrated cultural competency. Preferred: Familiarity with IU systems, policies, and procedures a plus; Takes initiative in identifying and completing tasks; Ability to convey positivity
