Position: Part Time Server | Fine Dining
About: Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community (James Island) is seeking experienced part-time evening Fine Dining Servers to provide exceptional full tableside service to our resident customers and their guests in our fine dining restaurant, Winningham Court.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Prior restaurant server experience required; Prior working experience and/or interacting with an elderly population preferred; At least eighteen (18) years of age; Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with residents, families, coworkers, and public; Ability to read, write, speak and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written in English; Ability to comprehend numbers, calculate and perform data input of service charges and head counts; Ability to multi-task and deal with multiple customers at the same time; Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, squat, climb, reach above head, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
