Requirements: Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; 3-5 years of retail sales required; college degree preferred; excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills; basic math skills for orders, inventory, and cash registers; ability to perform physical duties on the workfloor; demonstrated leadership qualities
