Position: Part-Time Retail/Customer Service Associate

Requirements: Previous retail sales experience; Excellent customer service experience; Strong telephone skills and ability to establish rapport with customers; Familiarity with florist business helpful but not mandatory; Floral Design experience helpful but not mandatory; Ability to work as part of a team while completing tasks in a timely manner; Typing Ability (30 WPM); Point of Sales experience is a plus; Strong communications and strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication ability; Ability to lift 40lbs unassisted; Ability to stand up to 8 hours daily, and up to 10 hours seasonally; Commitment to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced creative environment
