Position: Part Time Reservation Agent (in office)
About: U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a proactive Reservation Agent to assist with calls from and to customers, support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management, and direct incoming customers’ equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity. This part-time position will be based in a retail environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in customer service or retail preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
