Position: Part-time Receptionist
About: Piper Shores is Maine’s premier nonprofit continuing care retirement community seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their General Administrative Department. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls, provide information and customer service to residents, staff, and guests, and perform various clerical duties.
Requirements: High school graduate, or equivalent; ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar; typing and experience with PCs and MS Office required; experience operating business machines like photocopiers and fax machines; ability to work without supervision, including evenings and weekends; prior reception experience preferred
