Position: Part-Time Receptionist
About: We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our Administration Team at our Rosemont HQ office. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, this role is critical in creating a positive first impression and representing IMO Health with professionalism and warmth. The position is for three days a week, from Tuesday to Thursday.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred; proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role; strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; ability to work independently and as part of a team; friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer service; familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines); ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; flexibility to assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.
