Requirements: Associate’s degree in baking and pastry management or equivalent industry experience; Teaching/Industry experience in Viennoiserie, Artisan Bread, Cakes and tortes, or Café management in a third wave coffee shop; Ability to work well as a member of a team; Ability to work well with people of all ages from academically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse backgrounds
