Position: Part Time Porter Guard – Brookdale Village
About: A building maintenance company is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner to work on a shift schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 12 AM to 8 AM and Monday from 8 AM to 4 PM, totaling 21.75 hours per week. The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and servicing buildings, moving equipment, and performing housekeeping and desk duties under the supervision of the Assistant Superintendent.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; one or more years of previous related experience preferred; ability to read, speak, and follow directions in English; ability to perform heavy lifting and moving packages; may be required to work evenings and/or weekends as assigned; must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and bend
