Position: Part-Time Lead Trash Collector – Personal Truck Required – Nights
About: Valet Living provides essential services to apartment communities, and they are currently hiring for the position of Lead Service Valet. The role involves working closely with the Area Leader to oversee service delivery within the district, manage part-time associates, and ensure high-quality service to residents.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer; Valid driver’s license; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed; Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions; Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs; Able to walk the distance of property and be exposed to disagreeable odors; Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening; Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the mobile app; Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours depending on business needs; High school diploma or GED equivalent. AA degree preferred; Preferred experience in customer service and prior people management; Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
