Position: Part-Time Lead Service Valet – Truck Required – Nights
About: Valet Living is a company dedicated to providing service solutions for apartment communities. They are seeking a Lead Service Valet to work in conjunction with the Area Leader and manage the total service delivery for assigned district’s apartment communities, providing oversight for part-time associates (Service Valets).
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; An Open Bed Pickup Truck; Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally as needed; Capable of adapting to work indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions; Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs; Able to walk properties and be exposed to disagreeable odors; Ability to climb stairs multiple times; Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan; Flexibility to work split schedules and be on call when needed; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Preferred experience in customer service and people management; Strong verbal and written communication skills
