Position: Part-Time Lead Service Valet – Truck Required – Nights
About: Valet Living is seeking a Lead Service Valet to work in conjunction with the Area Leader and manage the total service delivery for the district’s apartment communities. This role involves providing direction and oversight for the part-time associates (Service Valets) within the assigned district.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; Valid driver’s license; An open bed pickup truck and ability to drive locally to other properties as needed; Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions; Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs; Able to walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors; Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening; Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the mobile app; Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours depending on business needs; High school diploma or GED equivalent. AA degree preferred; Preferred experience in customer service and prior people management; Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
