Position: Part-Time Lead Service Valet – Personal Truck Required
About: Join Valet Living as a Lead Service Valet, working in conjunction with the Area Leader to manage the total service delivery for the district’s apartment communities. Responsibilities include providing direction and oversight for part-time Service Valets within the assigned district.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; Valid driver’s license; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed; Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions; Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs; Able to walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors; Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening; Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize the mobile app; Flexibility to work a split schedule and/or be on call during irregular hours depending on business needs; High school diploma or GED equivalent; AA degree preferred; Preferred experience in customer service and prior people management; Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
