Position: Part Time Lead Service Valet – Personal Truck Required
About: Join Valet Living as a Lead Service Valet, working in conjunction with the Area Leader to manage service delivery for the district’s apartment communities by providing direction and oversight to part-time associates (Service Valets). The role involves ensuring ‘every door every night’ business expectation, resident satisfaction, safety, and quality control.
Requirements: Minimum age requirement: 18 years old; Valid driver’s license; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally as needed; Capable of working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Smartphone ownership with a data plan for mobile app usage; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Preferred customer service and people management experience; Strong verbal and written communication skills
