Position: Part time Lead Service Valet – Jose G. District
About: Valet Living is seeking a Lead Service Valet to collaborate with the District Manager in managing service delivery for apartment communities, overseeing part-time associates (Service Valets) in the district, ensuring prompt trash collection and maintaining high resident satisfaction levels.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Customer service and prior people management experience preferred. Great verbal and written communication abilities; A smart phone with data plan for app access; Open bed pick-up truck or trailer for trash transport preferred; Ability to drive locally, work outdoors, and lift up to 50 lbs.; Flexibility to work split schedules and irregular hours as needed.
