Position: Part time Lead Service Valet – Jose G. District
About: As a Lead Service Valet at Valet Living, you will collaborate with the District Manager to oversee service delivery in the district’s apartment communities. Your responsibilities include providing guidance to part-time associates (Service Valets) and ensuring operational efficiency within the assigned district. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Customer service and prior people management experience preferred; Great verbal and written communication abilities; A smartphone with data plan to access the mobile app; Open bed pick-up truck or trailer preferred for trash transportation; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally as needed; Ability to work outdoors and drive in changing weather conditions; Flexibility for split schedules and on-call hours depending on business needs; Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. up and down stairs; Ability to walk property distances and tolerate disagreeable odors
