About: SpringHill Suites by Marriott Durham/Chapel Hill is currently seeking a part-time Bartender to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous bartending experience looking for a job with a convenient schedule, a lively environment, and room for professional growth. The bar operates from 4:30 pm to 11:00 pm, closed on Sunday nights.
Requirements: Previous bartending or training required; Must be 21 years of age; Self-motivated with the ability to work independently; Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed; Knowledge of the Micros operating system a plus; Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, and common drink recipes; Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight up to 40lbs; Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods; Clean background check and reliable transportation necessary; Excellent guest service and communication skills
