Position: Part Time Floor Staff/Server – $14/hour – Days-Nights-Weekends ***FREE MOVIES***
About: Regal, a renowned entertainment company, is seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Servers and Floor Staff in their theatre locations. Servers are responsible for providing superior guest service, especially in areas involving alcohol sales, while Floor Staff ensure exceptional service to guests in various theatre roles such as Box Office, Concession Stand, and Usher, aligning with Regal’s mission and policies.
Requirements: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required; knowledge of laws and legal obligations related to alcohol service; exceptional guest service skills; proficiency in operating POS systems; compliance with company dress code; ability to handle emergency situations calmly; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
