About: Regal Cinemas is looking to hire Floor Staff team members for various positions like Box Office, Concession Stand, or Usher. The primary responsibility of Floor Staff is to ensure exceptional service for guests, acting as representatives of Regal in line with the company’s mission and policies.
Requirements: Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a box office cashier or progress towards completion required; good public speaking and communication skills; ability to perform calculations accurately and identify errors; effective problem-solving and decision-making skills; excellent physical ability to meet job demands, including lifting up to 60 pounds
