Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least one year related experience and/or training; ability to communicate effectively with the public; proficiency in working with financial information, data, and basic arithmetic functions; eligibility for and maintenance of licensure as required by Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board; thorough understanding of the approved Responsible Gaming Program
