About: Canopy by Hilton Jersey City is seeking a dedicated Arrival Enthusiast/Door and Valet Captain to join their team. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive guest experience and upholding the hotel’s standards of service excellence. The Arrival Enthusiast is responsible for supervising bell desk staff, managing front drive activities, and ensuring a seamless guest arrival and departure process.
Requirements: High school or equivalent education; previous experience in hospitality preferred; commitment to providing exceptional customer service; ability to work flexible shifts and transport guest luggage; basic computer skills and familiarity with Property Management software
