About: Valet Living, a leading provider of premium services for multifamily residential properties, is seeking a Lead Service Valet to assist in managing service delivery for apartment communities within the district. Responsibilities include supervising part-time associates and ensuring exceptional service standards are met.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Customer service and prior people management experience preferred; Great verbal and written communication abilities; A smartphone with data plan to access the mobile app; Open bed pick-up truck or trailer required for transporting trash items; Ability to operate a motor vehicle locally; Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed; Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. up and down stairs; Ability to walk property distances and handle disagreeable odors
