Position: Part Time District Lead- Pickup Truck Required
About: Lead Service Valet position at Valet Living, working closely with the District Manager to oversee the service delivery for apartment communities within the district, ensuring resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; High school diploma or GED equivalent; Customer service and prior people management experience preferred; Great verbal and written communication abilities; A smart phone with data plan to access the mobile app; Open bed pick-up truck or trailer for transporting trash items; Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally as needed; Ability to work outdoors and in changing weather conditions; Flexibility for split schedules and on-call hours depending on business needs; Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. up and down stairs; Ability to walk property distances and exposure to odors
