Position: Part-Time Custodian
About: The company is looking to hire a Custodian for maintenance and custodial duties in Support Services – Maintenance/Grounds. The Custodian will be responsible for keeping facilities clean, sanitary, and in orderly condition, maintaining grounds, and providing classroom and program support as directed by the immediate Supervisor and/or Building Principal.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions; possession of a valid Kansas State Driver’s License; willingness to work in various weather conditions and lighting; adherence to District standards and safety requirements; annual performance evaluation by Custodial Manager; physical ability to move up to 50 pounds daily; ability to perform job functions professionally; attendance at in-service training sessions for self-improvement; familiarity with housekeeping equipment and tools; flexibility to work in changing schedules or shifts; understanding of health and safety guidelines
