Requirements: At least one year prior culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis; working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards; excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in using various kitchen equipment and identifying food items; customer service experience required.
