About: WestBridge is a family-founded non-profit organization based in Manchester, NH, providing evidence-based integrated treatment for individuals and families living with mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. The organization offers specialized treatment for dually diagnosed men over 18, integrating family and community into the recovery process.
Requirements: Associates degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts and experience preparing high-quality food; Valid ServSafe Certification; Active CPR, First Aid, and AED certification; Active Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification or a plan for timely completion; Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality rules; Knowledge of program administration regulations; Ability to work with residents effectively; Professional conduct, boundaries, and ethical behavior; Valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance; Minimum age of 21 for operating company vehicles; Satisfactory Criminal Background Screening and Motor Vehicle Records results
