Position: PART-TIME BARTENDERS
About: Starr Hill, a craft beer brewery located in Richmond, VA, is seeking part-time Tap Room Bartenders to provide exceptional service to guests. The bartenders will play a crucial role in sharing the Starr Hill story and educating visitors about the brewery’s history, culture, and beer portfolio while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards in the Richmond Taproom. A strong appreciation for craft beer and the Richmond beer scene is essential for engaging with fans and newcomers.
Requirements: Restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience in customer service; strong interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities; self-motivated and open to feedback; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure; enthusiasm for exceeding guest expectations; flexible availability including weekends and holidays; physical ability to lift 1/6-barrel kegs, stand for 8-hour shifts, and live in proximity to Richmond, VA; preferred strong connection to the local market
