Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ years of customer service experience preferred; previous experience as a barista or server desirable; willingness to learn new coffee techniques and equipment; attention to detail; ability to gauge customers’ preferences; excellent communication skills; flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
